At YouBeYou – Ngāmotu Theatre for Youth, we’re building something extraordinary. A place where young people discover their voices, their confidence, and their joy. But to make that magic happen, we need you.

We’re looking for people who can:

  • Direct, musically direct, or teach dance, drama, and voice

  • Build sets, paint, design costumes, or manage wardrobe

  • Bring brilliance to sound, lighting, and stage management

  • Support the organisation through marketing, finance, and administration (yes, the “sexy” behind-the-scenes work that keeps the lights on!)

  • Or simply lend your energy, encouragement, and presence to cheer our kids on

Of course, audiences deserve great entertainment—but what matters most is that our members leave with friendships, memories, and the confidence to be themselves.
